KeepPet provide pet owners with easy and instant access to qualified veterinary advice and consultation via mobile app. Our mission is to build a next-generation veterinary care to give freedom to pet owners, and to give veterinarians necessary tools to practice the best medicine possible.

We are looking for a talented Veterinary Technician to join us in launching our convenient tool for pet owners - online chats and video consultations. Join us in reshaping the client and veterinarian experience in veterinary medicine.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients on various topics and provide advice and recommendations about treatment plans, preventive health care, and nutritional needs via KeepPet web platform;
• Managing reports and necessary documentation.

Requirements:

• Certification is required;
• Fluency in English is a must, additional language is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work conditions:

• Fully remote;
• At least 10 hours per week;
• Flexible schedule including weekends;
• Salary starting $10/hour.
